Later we tried to eat at the place that was out past the North Shore called Laie that was featured on the Food Network, but low and behold it was CLOSED! We ended up eating a restaurant called Haleiwa Cafe which was ok, but served burritos or mainland type food. Mommy was disappointed and we did not get to eat garlic shrimp off the shrimp truck :(

North Shore
Sunday we spent the day at the North Shore where we met up with Auntie Gloria before she set out on her US tour with her boyfriend's band and Uncle Tony who was about to go to Australia. We were going to check out the turtles on the beach, but didn't and instead we passed by a surf meet.

The girls grabbed every toy in the store, it was a good thing that the owner liked the girls alot and Auntie Glo directed the girls to put all the toys back. This was at Scoop of Paradise in Haleiwa.
