3 months old!

Happy 3 months!!!

They made 3 months on Friday and I can't believe how much they've grown. Here are some updates:

Sophie is moving along great and these days she's been eating ALOT. She doesn't like her in-between burping because she rather just eat everything up in one fail swoop. She likes looking at everything from either a standing position or sitting upright. Sophie has a lot more control over her neck and really enjoys sitting in the bumbo. She also has been drooling up a storm and enjoys munching on her fists, blankets, bibs, etc anything that she can fit in her mouth.

Hannah is a little behind in growing. She's been having a hard time with acid reflux and it worries me a lot. She's either too sleepy to eat or will spit up a lot of her food. Right now I think she either has a cold or is allergic to something, she's congested and has a hard time breathing (she's coughing and sneezing often). That snot ball thingy they give you from the hospital is a life saver by the way! She has a rash too on her face, behind her ears, arms, and legs, poor baby!!! Her tear duct issue is still present, but at least it isn't infected anymore. I will probably take her to the doctor tomorrow :( She's much lighter than Sophie and is smaller in size too. Her neck control isn't too good either, but she can sit in the bumbo for a little while. She loves it when I pull her up by her hands in the crib, she stands right up smiling (Soph does this too). We changed her formula yesterday in hopes for some relief for her. We're using Enfamil for babies with problems of spitting up it's a thicker formula with some rice cereal in it to help keep the milk down, so far so good. Hannah loves to munch on everything too, but she doesn't drool as much as Soph Soph.

We never get tired of those smiles and love hearing them do their goo goo ga ga's. I'm pressuring Der to film them, so we can share videos of them online instead of these static pics :)

Today I'll probably convince Der to take me out to get some toys for the girls. The girls are more interactive now and can probably have rattles or some teething rings or something. I also bought some "Signing Time" dvds in hopes of teaching them signing when they are old enough, so far I have volumes 1-2, 4-6. I got hooked on those videos from going over to Joy's house while Julius was watching them :) Oh also got the book called "Sign with your Baby" by Joseph Garcia. I told Der from now on I'll sign to him, so we can get started and learn the signs ourselves.

Lastly I'm pretty surprised at the polling so far. In person people usually say Sophie looks like me and Hannah looks like Der. It's veddy, veddy interesting...

Pic of girls this morning passed out after some good feeding. (Hannah on left and Sophie on the right)

You should add videos but they take forever! I've been doing that this week and should have some up soon!
