Hannah caught Der's cold which in turn made Sophie sick. I'm waiting to get sick myself, but maybe I'll be lucky. Anyway I was concerned about Hannah with all her issues, so today we went to see our pediatrician. The doc confirmed all my suspicions and was pretty impressed with my educated guesses. I'm just glad that Hannah doesn't have anything seriously wrong with her.
Hannah's tear duct is infected again, so back she goes on the antibiotics. She also has eczema which we will need to apply some Cortaid 1% and Aquaphor cream (the dry skin patches are all over her face, behind her ears, arms, legs, and back...poor baby!!!). Her continuing battles with acid reflux makes me the most sad. The formula I bought for her seems to be working, so I highly recommend for parents that have babies with acid reflux issues (yes, I'll be their poster child on this) to use the Enfamil AR. Your little one will thank you and you will have less laundry to do. So you'd think that is a whole lot of problems poor little Hannah has to go through and she can't possibly have anything else wrong with her, well unfortunately she has more. She's also got her first cold which means a whole lot of congestion, sneezing, and coughing *sigh*
Sophie on the other hand has no issues other than the cold she caught from Hannah and maybe some dry cheeks.
After the doctor appointment we had some time and since we were in town, I took the twins to see Santa at Valley Fair. I thought what perfect time since everyone SHOULD be at work. Well that's what I get for going to a foofoo mall (there were quite a bit of parents with kids and the line was a pretty decent line by the time I was through, I got there just in time as I was the 3rd person in line), anyway the pictures came out okay, the only thing wrong with it is that Hannah is passed out. We (meaning Santa and I) tried to get Hannah up, but she just wouldn't get up. After I put her back in the stroller she gets up, you gotta love my luck. Anyway you will see the pic soon enough once Der and I pick an online photo card to purchase. I need to do it soon knowing that the postal service will be swamped if they aren't already are.
