Baby Phat

This past week I've been researching and searching for childcare. It is as painful as it seems when they say having a child is expensive, that by all means is an understatement and then try having two or more babies! So far I've interviewed a nanny (Soph and Hann met the nanny) and checked out a daycare (took the girls with me, so the lady could assess whether or not to take the babies)...I'm still looking. The nanny was ok, but was too expensive. The daycare was affordable and ok, but they mostly handle toddlers which makes me worried because they said the twins would be the youngest they've had. Monday we visit another daycare close to my work which I think would be the optimal choice as I can easily get to them and maybe visit them during lunch. I think if I'm so picky with baby outfits, finding a childcare provider is gonna be an insanely long and drawn out process and not to mention that I have major separation anxiety as well. Ah, the joys of being a first time mother whee!!!

My baby girls have gotten so big over the past few weeks!!! Now they're a bit chubby, but they're so darn cute. Of course I'm biased as heck, but what parent isn't?

Derek took Emi out in the fancy pink jacket I bought her for rainy days like today and the cute little boots that Eric gave to her helps her paws stay clean. Kiki came to look at Emi all dressed up. Yes, the flash on my camera wasn't such a good idea and I know Halloween is over hahaha.
